Yes, if your item's warranty has expired or if the fault is not covered by the legal warranty, you will have to pay for Technical Assistance.


In these cases, we will identify the fault and provide a quotation based on the information from the analysis, the recommended repair and the parts to be used, if necessary. 


This budget will also indicate the deadline for completion of the repair.

If your item is out of warranty and you still request Technical Assistance, you may have to pay a base amount to proceed with the quotation request. This will depend exclusively on the common practices of each of our partner repairers.
