Even if you are in another country, you still have the right to request a return of an item purchased from us. However, in this situation, some processes work differently.



Returns:


Sending returns is entirely at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for damage caused to items during transport, due to poor packaging or for other reasons inflicted by third parties.


Note: for certain items, there may be exceptions regarding the possibility of returning them. In these cases, you will be contacted directly by Ludimusic and our conditions will be explained to you.



Exchanges:


In these cases, it is not possible to exchange one item for another.



Breakdowns during the warranty period:


If your item within the warranty period has a breakdown and it was not due to human error, Ludimusic will check whether the problem can be solved in the country where you are, free of charge.


If this is not possible, the item will have to be sent to our facilities in Portugal and the shipping costs will be our responsibility. However, this only applies to items weighing less than 30kg.


For items exceeding this weight, the shipping costs to Portugal will be borne by the customer.
