Once the condition of the product has been confirmed by our services, the return will be authorised. A credit note will be issued for the value of the product in question and the refund will be made to you by bank transfer or cash.

• If the purchase value does not exceed €100 and the return is made in shop, the amount will be returned to you immediately in shop;

• If the return exceeds €100 or if it is sent by carrier to our central warehouse, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN you indicate.

In this case, the processing of the respective refund will be the responsibility of our finance department, which has up to 5 working days after receiving your data to do so.
