If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility to return the item or exchange it.


Below we describe in detail how to return your product:


1 - Check that no more than 30 days have passed from the date of the item's invoice;

2 - Check that the item, as well as all other items that accompany it (manuals, cables, accessories, among others) are in new condition inside the original packaging, without signs of use or damage;

3 - If the above conditions are in compliance, go to one of our physical shops (Leiria or Porto), accompanied by the item's invoice, to return or exchange it, or fill out the return request form here.



Important considerations to take into account:


  • Transport costs related to returns and exchanges are entirely at the customer's own risk. We are not responsible for damage caused to items during transport, due to poor packaging or other reasons inflicted by third parties.


  • If you make the return in a physical shop, the refund of the amount, if it does not exceed € 100, can be made at the time, in cash. If this amount is exceeded, the money will be returned by bank transfer, which may take up to 5 working days to be processed by our financial services.
