With this in mind, all purchases made at Ludimusic are secured by the Ludimusic 3-year warranty. This means that we extend the manufacturer's warranty period on our behalf by 12 months to 36 months - at no extra cost or expense, with the exception of strings, drumsticks, batteries (including rechargeable batteries), valves and crossfaders. Signs of wear and tear are only covered if they are due to a clear manufacturing defect.


If you notice any damage to your instrument, please contact us via customer service - posvenda@ludimusic.com - and provide us with your invoice number and customer, so that we can advise you on how to proceed.


If it is not possible to repair your instrument, we will exchange it for a new one. If the same model is not available, we will offer you an alternative in the same price range or refund the amount paid.


Please note that this will only be applicable and guaranteed through careful use of the unit or item purchased. It is the brand manufacturers themselves who do this analysis and therefore they are the ones who decide whether the repair of the product is covered by the warranty or not.
