Any order placed in our online shop is processed the same day or the next working day after it is confirmed. This will depend on factors such as the time of day the order is placed.
- The processing of your order will only proceed once you have made the payment;
- Although the ordered product is usually dispatched on the same day, if the order is placed before 3.30pm, this is not the rule;
- In fact, there are some factors that may delay the start day of dispatch, such as the fact that the products may be located in different warehouses, which may entail a transfer that will take 1-2 working days in advance;
- The estimated delivery date indicated on the website is an estimate, so delays may occur for reasons beyond our control;
- The estimated delivery time mentioned by us does not include the time it may take for the product to clear customs;
- Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will only be processed the following week.
