Tama 14" Starclassic WBS1445C Matte Cordia Outer Ply Wood Snare

Starclassic Walnut/Birch is a hybrid shell model that features the clear attack of birch, the rounded and warm midrange of walnut, and a luxurious, solid sound.

This limited edition model uses 2 ply each of birch and bubinga, instead of the 4 ply birch used in the regular model. In addition, the veneer is made of Cordia wood and finished with a matte shell finish, creating a luxurious and calm atmosphere.

Another major feature is the 4.5" piccolo size, which is not available in the regular model. Combined with the die-cast hoop, which has a good, solid attack, it has high versatility, from a crisp, clear sound at high pitches to a powerful sound with a focus on the mid-low range at mid pitches.
