Ibanez AAM70CE

The AAM70CE is an acoustic/ electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2024. It is produced in China as part of the Advanced Acoustic series. It features an Advanced Auditorium body shape with a top sound port and an Advanced Access cutaway constructed of a solid Sitka spruce top with X-M bracing on laminated Macassar ebony sides and back with a low gloss finish. The soundhole is round with a black and white acrylic rosette with binding and a red tortoise pickguard and the top is bordered with rounded edge black binding.


It has an okoume neck with a 20-fret purpleheart fingerboard with a rounded edge and white dot position markers. Components include a compensated plastic saddle in a purpleheart bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines. Electronics consist of an Ibanez T-bar undersaddle pickup connected to an Ibanez AEQ-TP2 pre-amp with onboard tuner and feeding balanced XLR and ¼" outputs.
