Basic heads especially for CP221 Traditional Bongos. The CP Series is a classic-sounding series of congas from LP. These heads are designed to get the best possible sound out of this series.

Rawhide bongo heads tend to have a warm, deep tone with a lot of nuance layered into the sound. Real skin heads offer a more authentic look and tone than synthetic materials offer, but they are susceptible to changes in humidity and temperature, making them more fragile.

The mentioned head sizes refer to the crown diameter (the biggest shell diameter of bongos and djembes). This was done to harmonise REMO and LP Congas size specification.
