The traditional Portuguese tom is a handcrafted membranophone with a cylindrical resonance shell. The natural drumheads are strained by means of ropes that keep the two drumheads uniformly stretched.

Due to their rhythmic power and strong sound, they generally have a very strong impact on the auditorium. This Portuguese bass drum respects the traditional Portuguese construction with an excellent value for money.
