The PF16MWCE features a dreadnought body with a Venetian cutaway and a laminated okume top on okume back and sides with a Weathered Black Open Pore (WK) finish. The round soundhole has a black & white acrylic rosette and a red tortoise pickguard. The nyatoh neck has a 20-fret laurel fingerboard with small white dot position markers. Components include a compensated plastic saddle in a laurel bridge with ivory Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and Ibanez chrome open gear (18:1 gear ratio) tuning machines.

Electronics consist of an Ibanez under saddle pickup connected to an AEQ-2T preamp with on-board tuner powered by a 9V battery and a 1/4" stereo end-pin output jack.

Features
check_circle_outline
The Ibanez Undersaddle Pickup accurately reproduces the acoustic nature of the bass
check_circle_outline
AEQ-2T preamp is specifically-designed to adjust the frequencies of a bass and Treble, and allows operation of the built-in tuner without the instrument being plugged in
check_circle_outline
The Laurel bridge transfers string vibration directly to the body, delivering a natural and warm tone
check_circle_outline
Its wider fretboars (48mm at nut, 60mm at 14ft) gives a more comfortable playing experience to those who have bigger hands and/or are shifting to acoustic guitar from classical guitar with wide neck
check_circle_outline
Okoume top delivers a warm, full tone
check_circle_outline
The Laurel fretboard provides a rich and warm tone
check_circle_outline
The Nyatoh neck provides a rich mid-low end
check_circle_outline
The Okoume back and sides generate a woody, warm tone when the guitar is played softly or finger-picked and provide punchy high-mids with a clear projection when strummed

These pins really are an advantage over old-fashioned pins. Advantage™ pins are easier to take out and easier to put in than standard pins. A special bulb-shaped end makes the pin easy to grip and also prevents the pin from being pushed in too far. Best of all, with Advantage™ the pin and string stay put
