Ibanez PM3C Pat Metheny Signature

The PM3C is a hollow body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2024. It is a signature model for American jazz guitarist and composer Pat Metheny. It is made in Indonesia.


The PM3C features a full-sized, single cutaway, full hollow body design with a laminated spruce top with ƒ holes and multi-layer binding on laminated maple sides and back. The set-in nyatoh and maple neck has a 22-fret ebony fingerboard with binding and special acrylic position markers. Components include a PM special Charlie Christian style single-coil pickup mounted at the neck, a Gibraltar Performer bridge floating on a wood base,h a VT200 trapeze tailpiece, a bone nut, and Sure Grip knobs. The custom-wound pickup is modelled after the pickup on Charlie Christian's early Gibson ES-150.
