No. If the damage is confirmed for reasons not related to human error, Ludimusic will cover the transport costs.



In case of return:


Yes. The sending of returns by carrier is entirely at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for damage caused to the items during transport, due to poor packaging or other reasons inflicted by third parties.



In case of exchange:


Yes. The sending of both items - the returned and the new one - by carrier is entirely at the customer's risk. We cannot be held responsible for damage to the items during transport caused by poor packaging or for other reasons inflicted by third parties.
